Looking after your people

I support companies to make their employees flourish. I encourage companies to give their staff access to a coach who can support them personally and professionally. The majority of us work 30-40 hours per week and colleagues become like family members so it is important they are looked after. I am a big believer in that people are what make your business, if you look after and invest in your staff, they will look after you.

Following COVID, employees have re-evaluated what they expect from their companies and how companies invest in them personally. There is new culture of support and balance and bringing personal development and mental health to the forefront. Businesses are now taking steps to further invest in developing staff personally and not just professionally through coaching rather than training. Companies who truly invest in their people gain wider recognition in the market place.

Personal development coaching provides many benefits to staff and companies, including:

  • Max 16 x 1 hr coaching sessions
  • Monthly workshop to support staff:
    • Work-life balance, imposter syndrome, building confidence, intentional rest/mindfulness
  • Mental health and staff well-being support (which could be delivered at workshops/1:1’s or small groups)
  • Management coaching & support to allow them to support their team better, and have the support they need in their role
  • Talent identification & nurturing within companies
  • Interview coaching & workshops to improve staff retention and promotion rates
  • Carrying out simple surveys with staff and their managers to measure their progress

Option 2

  • Max 8 x 1 hr coaching sessions
  • Monthly workshop to support staff;
    • Work-life balance, imposter syndrome, building confidence, intentional rest/mindfulness
  • Mental health and staff well-being support (which could be delivered at workshops/1:1’s or small groups)
  • Management coaching & support to allow them to support their team better, and have the support they need in their role
  • Talent identification & nurturing within companies
  • Interview coaching & workshops to improve staff retention and promotion rates
  • Carrying out simple surveys with staff and their managers to measure their progress
