Alongside being a personal development and mindfulness coach, I’m a mummy to two gorgeous girls who make me laugh and test my patience every day. I view life as one big adventure full of experiences that you can learn from and embrace with open arms.

Rebecca Percival Coaching was born after I had gone through a tough time with my own mental health; the confident, bubbly person I was on the outside didn’t match how I felt on the inside. It wasn’t until I took some time and effort with a gorgeous support network around me that I felt like ‘me’ again, where my inner confidence finally matched what everyone saw on the outside. I immediately knew that I wanted to help others navigate the journey that I had endured, so that I could make a real difference to people who were experiencing their own confidence and mental health struggles. Now, helping others to embrace who they are whilst welcoming change and not being afraid of the journey is a philosophy I live by. It is an absolute joy to support others in feeling more enthusiastic about their own life, by shifting mindsets so that they can face their fears, and by removing the roadblocks that are preventing them from being their best selves.
